  2. v. 2.2.11 (a general purpose PostScript driver) & 2.2.99 (for a
  3. ColorPostScript, an Imagesetter, or a Lino Linotronic--or when printing
  4. smaller than 8.5 x 11 inches).  These two drivers are also included in
